Subscription Refunds
Subscription charges are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Marketplace Purchase Refunds
Marketplace package purchases are digital purchases. Refunds are limited to duplicate charges, failed delivery or unlock, or a verified material defect reviewed and approved by RugGenerator. Change-of-mind refunds are not provided after purchase, and refunds are not provided for issues already disclosed on the listing page.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and a description of the issue. Refunds are reviewed and processed by our billing team.
